In the Seventeenth Century, God used the Reformed Baptists to further reform the Church to the Scriptures for God’s glory.
SEVENTEENTH CENTURY (pt.7) MEMORY VERSE. “When they believed Philip as he preached good news about the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women” (Acts 8:12).
SEVENTEENTH CENTURY (pt.7) MEMORY QUOTE. “The infants of such as are professing believers are not to be baptized; because there is neither command nor example in the Holy Scriptures, or certain consequence from them, to baptize such” (The Baptist Catechism, 102).
